Blend sugar and flour. In separate bowl, mix beaten egg and vinegar. add this to first mixture. Cook togethre over low heat until it starts to thicken. Add cheese and pimiento. Cook until glossy.
This can be made in 15 minutes from start to finish. Great for serving to unexpected guests.
