Melt 1/3 c margarine in a 1 cup measuring cup. Add milk to fil to the one cup mark. Add a pinch of salt and 1 t vanilla. Mix into the dry ingredients by hand until well blended. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top in an 8 or 9 inch greased and floured pan.
