Ingredients
1 pkg cake yeast dissolved in 1/4 c lukewarm water
1 c scalded milk
1/3 c melted butter
4 c flour
1/3 c sugar
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 t salt
 

Instructions
Add sugar, butter and salt to scalded milk. When lukewarm, add dissolved yeast, eggs and flour. Beat thoroughly. Cover and let rise until double. Take one teaspoon of dough adn dip in butter (melted) then roll in mixture of 1 c sugar, 1/2 c nuts and 3 t cinnamon. Pile balls loosely in ungreased angel food pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When baked, immediately turn the pan upside down. Serve warm.
The name of this cake refers to the action that each person takes while plucking a helping from it. They're fun to make and eat. They can be reheated in foil and also taste good cold.
