     Honey Granola

3 c. dry oatmeal
c. margarine or butter (1 stick)- {I used 5 T. - c. apple juice}
c. honey
tsp. salt {needs more}
c. each nuts and dried fruit (optional)

Melt margarine. Add honey and salt. Pour over oatmeal and mix well.
Spread onto a cookie sheet or pan with raised edges. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until toasty brown {it took a lot longer to get really toasty}.
Allow to cool, then add nuts and fruit if desired.
Serving Suggestions
Great with milk as a cereal, sprinkled on yogurt or over bananas, too.
