     Cannabun Dough

Ingredients
1 tsp white sugar
1 .25oz package yeast
1/2 Cup warm water
1/2 Cup almond milk mixed with a little milk powder
1/4 Cup white sugar
1/4 Cup organic butter
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
4 Cups flour
 

Instructions
Combine tsp sugar with warm water and yeast. Mix gently and let the yeast activate for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan on the stove bring milk to a bubble. Remove from heat and add in sugar, butter and salt. Stir till melted.
Combine, yeast, milk and 1/2 of the flour till mixed well. Incrementally add remaining flour to form a dough ball. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes. Let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.
Make your cannabun filing. Roll out dough to 12x20. Spread filling over dough and roll into bun. Slice into 16 equal pieces and bake at 350 degrees.
