     Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 - 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 pound confectioners' (powdered) sugar
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on low, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla; mix well. Add the sugar, cup by cup, until fully incorporated.
Yields- enought to frost one 2-layer 8 or 9-inch cake.
