     Fruit Salad

2 apples, sliced or diced (leave skins on-healthier)
2 bananas, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and separated
1 cup small red grapes
1 cup small green grapes
1 or 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
1 or 2 pears, sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar or fructose
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup raisins, optional
1/2 cup coconut, optional
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Put in fruit in large bowl; Set aside. In saucepan, combine juices, sugar and cornstarch; Heat until transparent; Cool to the touch. Pour sauce over fruit; Toss to cover all fruit. Refrigerate about 3-4 hours or overnight before serving. Combines flavors. Add nuts just before serving so they don't get soggy.
Note- You can use whatever fruit you like.
