     White Mountain Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 egg whites (1/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Mix sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan. Cover pot and bring to boil. Cook unit, 242 degrees or syrup spins a 6 to 8 inch thread. Just before syrup is ready, beat egg whites stiff. Pour syrup over egg whites in thin stream. Continue beating until peaks. Add vanilla.
