     Spicy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
2 c. dry elbow macaroni
2 c. chopped frozen or fresh broccoli
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 can (12 fl. oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 t. pepper
2 T. bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly butter a casserole dish. Cook macaroni, adding broccoli the last 3 minutes. Drain. Combine pasta, broccoli, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, evaporated milk, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Pour into prepared pan, top with remaining Parmesan and bread crumbs. Cover with foil. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
