Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
Dash of pepper
 
Instructions
Heat heavy cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
