     Flourless Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients
6 C Hazelnut Meal/Flour (Bob's Red Mill)
1 tsp salt
6 eggs
1 C ghee
3/4 C honey
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Combine 'em all until just mixed! Don't overdo it! Put into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 deg. F for 30 minutes uncovered, and an additional 30 minutes covered. Let cool for 45 minutes. I invert the pan onto a plate while it's cooling. Slides right out of the pan and onto the plate. Uh,yum!
