     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
5 Large Sweet Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1/2 Tablespoon Nutmeg
Topping-
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Butter
 
1/2 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

Instructions
Cook sweet potatoes in water with skin on until tender. Drain water. Peel skins off.
Mash with electric mixer, add butter, milk, cinnamon, eggs and nutmeg and continue to mash together. Put into casserole dish.
Topping- Mix flour, butter and chopped walnuts, until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until top is golden brown.
