     Cheesy Bacon Olive Dip

Ingredients
7 slices bacon
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c half and half
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 T chopped fresh chives
1 c kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
 

Instructions
Oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon over med-high heat until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels, cool and crumble. Add garlic to hot bacon drippings. Cook until oft, stirring, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese and half and half until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, chives and olives. Transfer mixture to Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Dip into some fun with this warm, cheesy dip. A perfect blend of flavors makes this dip the star of any party!
