Oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon over med-high heat until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels, cool and crumble. Add garlic to hot bacon drippings. Cook until oft, stirring, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese and half and half until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, chives and olives. Transfer mixture to Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
