Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Toast the bread to a golden brown and generously spread warm toast with butter. Sprinkle with 1 T cinnamon and sugar mix.Let mixture soak in for a few seconds, then spread it around evenly with a table knife. Use cookie cutter to cut away the center of each toast.
