4 c mango nectar (available in health food stores or large supermarkets)
one 12 oz can frozen lemonade, defrosted
4 c sparkling water
fresh mint leaves for garnish
1 mango, skin and pit removed and discarded, sliced into thin strips for garnish
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in large pitcher and mix. Serve over cracked ice with a few fresh mint leaves. Thread 1 mango slice onto a skewer or straw and place in each glass.
