     Crunch Top Zucchini Bake

Ingredients
3 Cups (3 Medium Size Zucchini), Thinly Sliced
1 Cup Bisquick Mix
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Sniped Parsley
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Garlic (One Clove) Minced
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram
 
Pepper to Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs
Cornflakes

Instructions
Combine the Bisquick, onions, cheese, parsley, oil, garlic, oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. Add the sliced zucchini.
Place mixture in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered cornflakes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
Can be served piping hot with dinner, or served cold as an Hors d'Oeuvre.
