2 c chopped greens, such as romaine, kale, collards
2 c fresh fruit, such as banana, mango, or blueberries
2 c filtered water, as desired
 

Instructions
blend till smooth will keep 1 day in fridge
lighter green ideas 2 c spinach with 2 c banana 2 c spinach with 2 c pineapple 2 c romaine with 2 c mango
