     Apricot Rooibos Flurry

2 rooibos tea bags
3 1/4 c filtered water
1 c halved fresh apricots or 1/2 c dried
1/2 c cashews
1/4 c pitted dates, packed
1 c ice

place tea bags in a glass jar and add the water; cover. place the jar in the sun for several hours to brew. if you choose to brew the tea in boiling water you need to let it cool to room temperature before using
combine the brewed tea, apricots, cashews, and dates in high speed blender, blend till smooth. add ice and blend to mix well. will keep for a couple days in the fridge
