     Twice-Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
4 oz creamcheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup minced onion or 1tbsp onion onion
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
6 slices crisp bacom crumbled
 

Instructions
Cook cauliflower until tender and mashl. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, onion, parmesan and 3/4 of bacon
Spread in casserold dish and top with cheddar cheese and reserved back.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until hot and bubbly
