1 package Brat Wurst
Flour (about 1 Cup)
salt - to your tastes
oil
 
Instructions
Mix flour and salt together in a bowl or zip lock bag
wash brats and lightly coat the brats in the flour mixture
fry in a pan with oil until golden brown crust forms
