1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (Ragu, Prego – your preference)
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
6 oz Spaghetti Noodles- cooked and drained
1 Tabllespoon Melted Butter
2 Eggs- lightly beaten
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Using a non-stick skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper, garlic and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain grease
from mixture. Stir in the oregano, salt, pepper and spaghetti sauce.
In a large bowl, mix the spaghetti, butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Coat the bottom and sides of a 9” or 10” deep-dish pie plate. Press spaghetti mixture on the bottom and up the sides of the plate to from crust. Top with beef mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Return to oven for 5 – 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and filling is heated.
