     Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients
12 Slices Crisp Bacon, Crumbled
6 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2/3 Cup Wine Vinegar
2/3 Cup Water
6 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Canned Pimientos
2 Pound Fresh Spinach
2 Egg, Hard Boiled and Chopped
 

Instructions
Wash spinach, pat dry and snip stems. Cook onions in reserved bacon grease 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Before serving, pour hot boiled dressing over spinach. Top with crumbled bacon and chopped eggs.
