Mash the avocado with lemon juice and pepper. In a seperate bowl, combine the sour cream, taco mix and mayonaise.
Using a pie plate or a straight sided glass bowl, layer the ingrediants- spread the bean dip on the bottom of the container, the next layer is the avocado, followed by the sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle the top with chopped scallion, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with corn chips or crackers.

Suggestions
May use refried beans in place of bean dip.
