     Cheesey Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
8 Ounces Sour Cream
12 Ounces Velvetta Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Corn Flakes (Crushed)
1/4-1/2 Cup Butter
 

Instructions
Place frozen hash brown potatoes in bottom of cake pan.
In a blender, mix together the sour cream, Velvetta cheese, 1/2 cup butter, onions and soup. Spread over the hash browns.
Sprinkle 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)on the top. Drizzle 1/4-1/2 cup of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
