3 Pounds Fresh Broccoli Florets

1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
|

3 Strips of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
|

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
|
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
|
|
3 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
|
|
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
|
|
1 or 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
|
|
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large bowl, add broccoli florets, tomatoes and bacon.
|

|
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic and salt. Pour mixture over salad and toss gently.
|

|
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Broccoli will shrink the longer you refrigerate the salad.
|
|
|
Toss salad once more just before serving.
