     Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Pounds Small Red Potatoes, Scrubbed
8 Ounces Butter, Melted
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour melted butter into an 18 x 1 inch baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto pan evenly.
Slice each potato in half and place cut-side down onto pan.
Bake 35-45 minutes at 400 degrees until tender and bottoms are very brown and crispy. They should be easy to remove from pan.
Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle with garlic salt if you wish!
