Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Grease skillet with butter or Pam. Heat on medium heat. After 5
minutes or so do the cold water test. Pour egg mixture into pie
plate. Quickly dip bread slice into egg mixture and put in skillet
to cook. Turn slice once make sure each slice is dipped well. DO
NOT DIP the slices until you are ready to cook the slice. Cook
until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
