Ingredients
1 gallon milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups hot water
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Cook sugar, cocoa, salt and hot water over heat until boiling and smooth. Take off heat add vanilla and milk. Reheat until desired temperature.
