In a large, heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add
onion and garlic and sauté until tender-about 5 minutes. Blend in
flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook over low, stirring
constantly, until bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in chicken broth.
Add apple and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until thickened and
smooth. Stir in chicken and raisins;heat through. Serve with over
rice.
