In small mixing bowl, combine Wildtree Beer Bread Mix with beer and 2 tsp. Wildtree Culinary Blend. Mix to fully incorporate. Batter should be thick. If too thick, add additional liquid until batter is sticky but smooth.
Brush mini muffin tins with Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil. Pour batter to tops of each tin and bake @ 350F 10 min., or until tops have browned lightly and cracks have formed and toothpick inserted into centers of muffins comes away clean. Let muffins cool 30 min.
While muffins cool, in small prep. bowl, combine cream cheese/chevre, Wildtree Culinary Blend or Dip Mix, Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed Oil, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
After muffins have cooled, using smalles size melon baller or measuring 1/2 tsp., hollow out each muffin to leave 1 inch thickness on all sides. Stuff each muffin with 1 heaping Tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture. Garnish with your favorite toppings if desired.
