Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flours, peanuts, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. in separate bowl, combine milk, honey, peanut butter, and egg. Add honey mixture all at once to dry ingredients and stir only until moist. Spoon into lightly sprayed or paper - lined muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
