4 tbs unsalted butter

1/2 tsp pepper
|

2 cups milk or rice milk

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice (mozzeralla, cheddar, blend, etc)

3 tbs flour

Instructions |
|
|
|
put butter and pepper into sauce pan and heat until butter is melted on medium heat.
|

|
|
add the 3 tbs flour and stir with spoon until consistency is not lumpy. turn heat up to medium-high and slowly add the milk while stirring.
|

Add cheese stir until cheese has melted.
|
|
|
|
put on your favorite pasta and enjoy!
