     Sesame-Shitake Bok Choy

Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
12lbs head bok choy, trimmed and thinly sliced
4 Cups sliced Shitake Mushroom Caps
2 Tbs oyster Sauce
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbs toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbs toasted Sesame Seeds
 

Instructions
Heat oil in a dutch oven over med heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, but not brown, 30 sec. Add bok choy and mushrooms, cook, stirring until wilted, 2 min. Continue cooking, stirrng often until just tender, 3-5 min more. Stir in oyster sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Garnis with sesame seeds.
