     Mustard Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 1/3lbs center-cut Salmon
3 Tbs chopped fress Dill or 1 1/2 Tbs dried dill
1 1/2 Tsp herbes de Provence
1 1/2 Tbs extra Virgin Oil
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub salmon with olive oil. Place on foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with dill and herbes de provence. Spread mustard over top, using table knife or rubber spatula to cover completely. Bake salmon until no longer translucent about 15 min. Serve with wild rice.
