1 1/2 lbs mixed mushrooms, (cremini,shitake,portobello) cut into 1/4in slices
2 med cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary, or 1/2 Tsp dried
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
Fresh ground Pepper
Instructions
Cook Bacon in a large skillet over med heat until just beginning to brown, about 4 min. Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until almost dry,8-10 min. Pour in wine and cook until most of liquid has evaporated, 30 sec to 1 min.
