     Cauliflower with Gruyere Sauce

Ingredients
8 Cups bite size Califlower
1 Cup 1% milk, divided
4 Tsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Shredded Gruyere
1 Tbs snipped Fresh Chives or chopped Parsley
1/2 Tsp mincedGarlic
fresh ground Pepper, to taste
1/4 Tsp salt to taste
 

Instructions
Place cauliflower in a steamer baskets over boiling water, cover and steam 8-10min. Meanwhile, whisk flour with 3 Tbs milk until smooth. Heat remaining milk in a saucepan over med heat until steaming. add flour mix, cook, whisking until the sauce bubbles and thickens, 2-3min. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, chives, garlic, salt and pepper. Spoon over cauliflower and serve.
