     FRENCH ONION PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
2 packs of french onion soup mix
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. In medium bowl, beat both eggs. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs and soup mix. Coat chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating both sides. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
