     MEXICAN CHICKEN

Ingredients
1- 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1- 10 3/4 oz can cheddar cheese soup
1- 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1- 10 oz can of diced tomatoes
4 cups of leftover cooked chicken
1- 11 1/2 oz pkg of flour tortillas
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1- 15 oz bag of corn tortilla chips, optional
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, stir all soups and tomatoes, then add chicken and stir well. In a greased 13X9 pan, layer flour tortillas and chicken, beginning and ending with tortillas. Sprinkle cheese over casserole. Top with tortilla chips (optional). Bake for 30 minutes.
