     Zesty Orange Cranberry Sauce

Servings   makes 4 cups

Ingredients
1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c orange marmalade
1/2 c cranberry juice
1/4 c freshly squeezed tangerine juice (about 3 tangerines) or orange juice (about 2 large oranges)
3/4 c sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 c pomegranate seeds, optional
 

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the orange sections and optional pomegranite seeds in a medium saucepan and cook over med heat for 12-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the cranberries pop. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Cool the sauce and fold in the orange sections and optional pomegranate seeds, cover and refrigerate. Cranberry sauce may be prepared several days in advance.
