     Pots de Creme(Chocolate Mousse)

Ingredients
1 (6oz) pkg-Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon rum or 1 tsp instant coffee granules
3/4 cup whole milk
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except milk, in blender. Heat milk until it is just beginning to boil. Pour over mixture in blender and blend for about 1 minute. Pour immediately into ramekin dishes or small cups. Refrigerate for about 4 hours. Serve chilled.
