     Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 oz Swiss cheese (shredded)
1 (9 inch) Deep dish pastry shell (partially baked at 400 degrees for 10 min)
1 (8 1/2 oz) can Crabmeat
 

Instructions
Blend cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Add cheese and mix well. Line baked shell with crabmeat and cover with cream mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 imputes or until brown and puffy. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. (Note- Cover edges of pastry shell with foil strips when cooking)
