     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 (14oz) can Artichoke Hearts (drained, quartered)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mince onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 garlic powder
1/4 salt
1/4 pepper
Cayenne (enough to cover top of dip in pie plate)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
