Ingredients
4 c. old fashioned oats or quick oats
2 c. sweetened shredded coconut
2 c. sliced almonds
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry craisins
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. roasted cashews (optional)
 

Instructions
1. Toss together in a large bowl- oats, coconut, and almonds. 2. Whisk oil and honey together. 3. Pour oil and honey mixture over oats, coconut, and almonds and stir until coated. 4. Spray 13x18x1 pan with pam 5. Pour mixture onto pan 6. Put in oven at 350ºF, stirring occasionally 7. When it is a nice, golden, brown (~45 min.) it is done. 8. Add craisin cherries, raisins, and cashews (optional) 9. Store in an airtight container.
