Beat cheese spread and butter until smooth. Spread mixture on 4 slices bread and top with 4 more slices. Cut each sandwich into 3 or 4 strips, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate before serving.
Tip- This makes a two - tone ribbon look if you use 1 slice of white bread and 1 slice of wheat bread for each sandwich.
