     Sandy's Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c margarine, melted
1/2 c pecans, chopped
2ND LAYER-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
3RD LAYER-
two 3 1/2 oz boxes pistachio instant pudding
 
3 c milk
GARNISHES-
8 oz cool whip
nuts, chopped
cherries

Instructions
Mix first layer ingredients well and press into bottom of 9x13. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degres; cool. Beat 2nd layer ingredients and spread on crust. Beat 3rd layer ingredients and spread on 2nd layer. Spread another 8 oz cool whip on top of mixture. Garnish with nuts or cherries on top if desired.
