Lightly butter 9x13. Boil broccoli until almost done, put in pan with light salt and pepper. Spread flat and toss with cheese cubes and crushed crackers. Bake in oven long enough to cook through, melt cheese, and soften crackers. Serve.
Note- this was my daughter, Victoria's favorite recipe growing up! Great way to get a child to eat broccoli! -)
