Preheat oven to 325 degrees, line a large rimmed baking shhet with parchment paper
whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour over oats and toss well.
Sptread mixture on prepared baking sheet, bake for 29 minutes or until golden brown, stiring every 5 minutes. Let cool completely, then transfer to a large mixing bowl and stir in add ons.
Divided evenly into resealable containers
