Oven to 350 degrees. Combine salt, pepper, paprika and Ital seasoning. Add chicken and toss to cover. Add 1 T oil to Braiser over med-high heat. When hot sauté ˝ the chicken 4-6 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to plate and repeat with 1 T oil and remaining chicken. Add remaining 1 T oil, onions, carrots and broccoli. Saute 4-5 minutes over med heat. Transfer veggies to chicken plate. Sauce- Melt butter, add flour and mix. Whisk in chicken stock until blended. Add milk and whisk until boiling. Remove from heat, add the pepper and parmesan. Add cooked rice, and mix until rice is covered. Add chicken, veggies and artichokes and fold together. Combine toppings; sprinkle over casserole. Cover with lid, bake on middle rack 25-30 minutes. Uncover and broil 1-2 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and serve.
