Oven to 450 degrees. Cook bacon in Braiser over medium heat. Saute chopped onion in reserved bacon fat over low heat. Add fresh spinach and sauté over low heat. Whisk eggs with milk and cheese. Pour mixture into Brasier and cook 5 minutes on low until slightly soft. Place Braiser in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
