     Chef Tess Yankee Pot Roast Beef and Potatoes

Ingredients
Gravy-
2 c FD diced beef
1/4 c ultra gel or cornstarch
1/4 c FD mushrooms
1/3 c DH onions
2 tsp beef base or beef bouillon
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 T tomato powder
 
Mashed Potatoes (in a baggie)-
1 1/2 c potato pearls
1 tsp garlic
3 T butter powder

Instructions
Remove the potato pearls into a 2 quart bowl. Pour gravy mixture into a 2 qt pot with 4 c hot water. Whisk well and bring to a simmer for 15-20 min. Remove from head and cover for 5 min. Heat 3 cups water in another pot. Bring to a boil and add potatoes.
